I have had the product for three years. Typical use was 3 loads on weekend. Heater failed due to lint trap design flaw just after 2 year warranty expires. Replaced heater [$] parts and labor and it failed again within 4 months. If you buy it buy the extended warranty. You will need it. I am replacing the dryer with another product due to lack of durability. Read more

I really love how this dryer works, however, it IS a bit loud when the top of the drum closes. I do LOVE the top load part. Even though it's a bit loud, I would buy it again. Read more
