Coming back from a ski trip in Italy in 1981, I discovered this fragrance in a duty-free shop. I was first attracted to the unusual name & packaging. From the very first time I spray a little on my wrist, I knew this was MY fragrance. It has been my only fragrance ever since. Thank goodness for Fragrancex. I am retired with not much money so being able to save at least 25% was great. [...] This was a gift to myself and have enjoyed it immensely.It does not have any remote scent of Musk, which I am allergic to in case you might be too.Also, the name, Ysatis, is just a word that Givenchy created like so many of his beautiful couture designs. Pronounced : ee sa tees with long "e" sounds.It's name is as unusual as its scent. Enjoy. Read more

I first discovered Ysatis perfume in 1985 and it quickly became my signature fragrance. I would wear it all the time and was always being complimented on the scent. I remember the time when I took my young son to his pediatrician, when the doctor came in the exam room, the first thing he asked me was if I used Ysatis. I said yes and how did he know? It was because his wife also wore the same fragrance! I'm glad to have found Ysatis again! Read more
