I wore this product every day, having purchased it a month ago online. The chain separated and I repaired that. The cross slowly started to bend and has now completed broken in half. This cross is beautiful; however, it tarnishes very easy. The cross now, after only one month of wear, looks dull and the luster is nearly completely gone. If you want something you cannot wear with any consistency then purchase this item. I was very disappointed, the only bright spot being I only paid [$]for this item. Brought back good memories. My parents had bought my sister & I necklaces like this one when we were kids. We didn't have much money & we both cherished our necklaces. We was about 9 & 10. She had the cross & mine was heart shape. She had lost hers a few years later & someone broke mine. That's been about 30 years ago. I always remember our necklaces & the memory of my parents giving them to us. When I saw the necklace on your site, I knew I had to get it. My sister's eyes lit up when I gave it to her on Christmas. Bought them for grandaughters for Christmas. Less than a month later one of them (my 12 yo) wore hers to school. The bale that holds cross to chain broke off the cross causing it to become lost. Idea Village, the seller, refuses to stand behind the product! They simply stated "IT'S NOT OUR FAULT" They refuse to warrent the product. Seems to me, if you're selling something, you should be responsible for Quality. I bought 4 of them, how long before the next one breaks? Read more
