I reviewed this product 22 Feb 2007 shortly after I purchased it and said I was somewhat disappointed because it rides up on my back and feels uncomfortable.After further use, I'd like to revise my evaluation upward. The posture support really does pull the shoulders back and realigns my posture. And my migraine headaches are much fewer and milder; I'd like to think this has something to do with the realigned posture taking pressure off my neck. The discomfort caused by riding up on the back can be minimized by tightening the waistband. I ordered the extra large because, as a tall person, I wanted a posture support that would cover the length of my back. Apparently all sizes have the same size back, and only the straps are different in length. As a result, the posture support rids up on my back and becomes very uncomfortable as the day progresses. It does provide some posture support, but for this price I expected something better and more comfortable. Read more
