A little about me: I have 3b/c curly hair that resembles nothing but frizz. I also wanted to achieve longer, healthier hair. In pursuit of better curly hair, I found the Olive Cholesterol treatment. I used cholesterol treamtents before, which are essential for curly, African-American hair types, since it is dry by nature. I couldn't find any other cholesterol treatments so I purchased this one. Boy, was I lucky! I used it once a week, after shampooing, under a plastic cap (or grocery store bag) and wrapped my head in a warm towel. I left it in for 30 minutes and had such juicy curls that smelled great. After long-term use, my ends were no longer dry, the curls were manageable and "comb-able" and I could go longer without having to re-touchup my curls. I have medium-length, very thick 3b/4a natural hair. I have used Paul Mitchell & Nexxus moisturizing conditioners to keep my hair soft, but it's not always in my budget. I had been using the Olive Creme as a moisturizer and only tried the conditioner bc a sample was being sold with the creme a few months ago. I'm glad I did bc THIS olive oil cholesterol conditioner is AS GOOD AS or BETTER than the salon products I used to use! It keeps my hair soft, smooth, and well-conditioned -- for only [$]!!! I have 3b/3c hair (medium sized curls) and this is one of my favorite products. Its also great because its pretty cheap and you get alot of it. For years I used expensive conditioners thinking they must be of higher quality. This product has good ingredients which is what made me buy it and give it a try. It absorbs well in my hair and leaves my natural texture soft and feeling well conditioned. I normally buy 2 or 3 jars at a time from Walgreens (In-Store). I would recommend it for African-American Hair, Dry Hair, Curly Hair or Natural hair that needs alot of moisture. Read more

I deep condition with this product 1x/week. Rich creme nourishes my hair, leaves it feeling soft, manageable, and protected.
