I just removed these gloves from my hands after a brisk Sunday morning 50 mile ride in the rolling hills of upstate NY. The morning was perfect. The gloves were not. They were new, right out of the package this morning. Sewn into the palm are two pieces of plastic that say gel. The gel might just be the plastic, because there is no depth to it. The interdigital notches of the gloves pinch. The gloves have loops connecting half fingers, which is great, because they are easier to remove and discard. On the (only) positive side, they look especially attractive. Use them for mowing your lawn. Perhaps two stars for style, but for a reputable sports clothing company like Castelli to hawk such rags, one star will do. Read more

I use these gloves for my daily rides, I train about 17 to 19 miles a day and a little longer on the weekends, Thay are very comfortable to wear and you feel like you have some padding on your hands. Not to mention that they look great. Read more
