I bought this to use for my mother who has had a stroke and my father in law to try for leg exercising. I am now ordering 2 more as I have had a knee replacement and this very item they used in my therapy sessions. It comes assembled and very easy to use. This bike is great for arm and leg workouts. It adjusts to a good strong resistance for lower momentum upper body which you really feel in pecs, shoulders and arms. I had a spinal cord injury, and this is a great compliment to lifting in getting my mass and coordination back. It can, however be unstable if you get to far away with leg extension. This may be just my being new to the product though, and it could have to do with my choice of angle in regards to my seat height. So all in all this very inexpensive bike is more than worth the meager investment. Read more

The product was great once we had all the pieces. When it first came it didn't have pedals. So I called the number on the box and they said they would ship the pedals within the week. That would have been great except that it was during Christmas, mail was slow, and this was a gift for my mom. When I finally go the pedals they didn't have the straps attached. So once again I called back and had the straps sent over. The whole process took over a month. Besides that the pedals work great! It has been working out great as a rehab bike! Read more

I thought I could use this while seated for a moderate workout. I have fibromyalgia, and have a lot of pain, so I didn't want anything too vigorous. This thing "walked" all over the floor, my feet would not stay on the pedals, and no matter how hard I tried to tighten it with the knob to get some resistence, it would not tighten.We tried to give it away, but no charity would take it. I'd like to have my money back, but I'm certainly not going to the expense and bother of shipping this back. Read more

While doing a 12-week project which involved a lot of sitting and not going out to the gym, I found this device helpful to keep up some exercise. It is practical, inexpensive, and easy to use. I could not use it at my desk, however, because my knees would hit the under side of the desk. But I later found that I could use it sitting in a chair while watching television or reading. Read more
