I Love This Thing !

Even though I purchased this back in April, the BBQ island was only completed about 6 weeks ago. So far this thing has been amazing! You can cook anyting you want on the griddle and it heats up relatively quick for a griddle. The burners are hot and powerful, my wife is jealous because these are better than the ones in her Kitchen. Many many uses for this thing, shrimp, make breakfast in the morning (outside!), quickly finish off steak for you friends that don't appreicate medium rare (once the BBQ is off), you can even make In & Out Burger style burgers with the griddle.
