Stove itself is GREAT! We live remote/off grid and had to drive for an hour to meet the driver in a parking lot. We opened the box and found the manual... Immediatly it was obvious the instuctions did NOT apply to this stove, wrong size tools, etc. Fine, I can do without. I went to put in the Propane adaptors for the Burners and they would NOT fit. I had to take the stove apart beyond what would be expected to make sure it wasn't just me. Also, I found the Oven Vent connection from the oven to the back of the burners was missing!!! So the stove was useless. 3-4 hours later I called the manufactuer and found they definitely sent the wrong propane adaptors. The stove sat for a week in our living room waiting for parts. They did ship them VERY quickly. The stove Works GREAT now. The fact it is electronic BUT does not need a continuous 2-3 hundred heating element for the oven (uses a burner type sparker) makes his ideal for off grid solar applications!! It also saves about 100

The burner grates do not sit right -- when I press a corner of a grate, the opposite corner comes up. I called the Premier 800 # and, get this, they said it was designed this way on purpose!! So, basically, they wash their hands of this quality control issue. I never saw a gas range where the grates wobble, and I never thought that when grates sit squarely without wobbling, that that was a design flaw. Other than that, it looks nice, though I haven't started using the range. Read more

I'm extremely happy with this stove which has all features I needed. It works great and seems to be well constructed for the price. I had shopped around and found nothing quite this good for the money. I like the wide range of cooking capability in the burners... a big one and a simmer one with two in the middle... Not avialable in most models. I've only cooked in the oven once so far and I need to get used to how that works a bit...seems to be a lot hotter on the bottom rack... The broiler works great too... Very happy...
