One of my two cats loves to go outdoors and I was worried about fleas and ticks coming indoors onto the other cat. I used this on both of them. THe indoor cat had a horrible reactions. She completely freaked out and hid in the cupboard for three days. She would hiss at the other cat when he came near and not play wiht him. SHe is finally feeling better and is roaming around and letting him near. SCARY to see her personality and health change so much. Would never use this again! Looking for something all natural since I used some on my dogs and it works as well as the chemical repellants. Read more

I wish I had read these other reviews BEFORE purchasing this. I used this on my 3 indoor cats. One seems fine, but the other two (a male and female) have had a terrible time with it. They started to twitch and shake about 4 hours after applied. We tried to wash part of it off with a wet towel as they both hate baths. I also used a waterless shampoo. Also, the stuff was so runny, that it ran down the side of one cat. They are acting as if they are very uncomfortable - laying for just a few seconds, twitching and jerking and moving around. They are acting a little better now (about 12 hours after application). I hope there is no long term damage done. This product did not work at all on our two cats. they continued to have fleas. The product did nothing at all. Our cats had even more fleas it seemed then when not protected with Hartz Ultraguard. Read more

we used this product on our cat and dog,the dog seems fine but the cat just freaked out,he has been hiding under the bed and under the covers which he never has done before,i would not reccomend using this on cats,i just hope my cat is ok after using it Read more

Ultraguard Pro did no good whatsoever. I applied it as directed and my cats still have flees after several days. Do not buy this product. Read more
