Frozen convenience meals may have to go on a half-minute longer than package directions. Read the owner's manual for trying to change the power level or do 2-stage cooking as it's a little involved. On the Instant Cook Chart in the manual I wish they would have said how long the cook time is for the different items. The CONS are: the turntable rattles excessively; very noisy. If we stop the microwave and start it again, sometimes the turntable will go in the opposite direction and won't be so loud, but sometimes it has to be repeated several times before the rattling will quiet down a little. The beeps are annoyingly loud. When you press a button to put in the cooking time, it beeps. When it signals the end of the cooking time, it gives off 3 very loud beeps. It's great. Very powerful. It gets everything well heated. Y'know, no cold parts in the middle. I hate that stuff. My poptarts always seem to burn though. I guess that's just my fault. I don't know. I like the design though. Read more
