Lost my Food

I have had the freezer for about 1 month. Worked great for the first 3 1/2 weeks. I had gone on that Wednesday and had bought[$]in frozen food. We had the power flash on and off on Thursday. Didn't notice it not working until my husband on Saturday morning went to get something to defrost for dinner. Everthing inside was spoiled. The power was on to it but the setting was set to 0. I wish it wasn't digital and was hand settings instead. So I turned it back on and turned on the alarm it says it has. I then checked to see if unplugging it would reset it back to 0 and no it didn't was still at the original setting. (couldn't reproduce the problem). I hope it doesn't happen again or I am gonna be really mad if I lose the 1/4 cow we are getting in the next week. Read more

Great freezer, just right for my family of 4. My only complaint was about how flimsy the door shelves bands are. I can see my children breaking one in the future when they are in a hurry to get something off the door. Otherwise its great! Read more
