I felt cheated when I made the shake with 8 oz of water (looks only), so I added 2 cups of ice and made a shake/smoothie that to the eye was quite large, the flavor is great and it was filling. The benefit is the added water you get from the ice. I've lost over 30 lbs. since Jan 08 and this was a great help. Kept me from feeling cheated, satisfied my urge for something sweet and kept me surprisingly full. The price was much better than the "big name" replacements. Today was my first day trying this product and I'm in love with it already. I bought the chocolate shake and it tastes fantastic. Who says you can't have chocolate in the morning? =) I felt very full that I had a shake at 12:30pm. (keep in mind) I hadnt eaten anything before the shake) and went to the zoo with my daughter and didn't think about food at all, before i knew it, it was already 6:20pm! Thats 6 hours in between that I hadnt eaten, its amazing how it makes you feel. Full of energy! I highly recommend it for a meal replacement. Read more

YUMMY! I've tried all kinds of meal replacement & protein shakes so I was hesitant when I bought this. I reluctantly mixed the powder with water (I always use skim milk tto improve the taste) and I couldn't believe my eyes or my taste buds! like other comments, this product tastes awesome..especially with milk. It's really hard to mix with water though. When i am in a hurry in the morning, i just mix 3/4 spoon with some 1% milk, i'm good to go. Another good thing is i won't feel hungry wanna eat something during the whole morning. For the weight loss partt, i think you really combine with regularly work out. only depend on this product to lose weight? ? i don't think so... Read more

I drink the shakes 2x per day for breakfast and lunch. I am so busy that I don't have the time to workout as much as I want to. Every week my pants are getting looser so something is working! This does keep you full for a long period of time. I am not starving after drinking the shakes. I eat a piece of toast with one shake for breakfast and maybe some fruit with my lunch shake and feel fine the rest of the day until dinner. I run around at work and at school so this is a perfect supplement for busy gals like me! Read more
