The product is great and provides a good clear picture on all channels. No more adjusting the antenna when switching from channel to channel. The only problem is helicopters/planes still interfere with the picture......I think the government sold us a lemon = switching to Digital...For those of us who cannot afford cable we have to have converter boxes and add on antennas...and still have problems. It did much better when I added my amplifier, but should have had its own. Even then, the cable for hooking to the tv acts as part of the antenna and must be placed with trial-and-error checks to make sure reception is not compromised on one or more channels. If it had an amplifier at or in the antenna, this shouldn't be a problem. Read more

Not sure why this antenna doesn't get better reviews from others but this antenna works absolutely PERFECT on my Sharp Aquos tv. I get all the channels I want (2.1, 4.1-4.4, 5.1, 7.1-7.3, 9.1, 11.1, and 31.1) except for the PBS ones. Not sure why they are hard to get. Now I only use the antenna to access digital channels so what little I've seen on the VHF stations you are probably better with another antenna. But if digital HDTV is what you want then this is perfect for you! TIP: I know the box says you can lay this puppy flat on a shelf but I found it works best if you hang it on the wall (Mine is behind the Sharp LCD HDTV) as high as you can without it blocking anything. Mine is set up about 6 1/2 feet off the floor on my wall and that gets me perfect reception (Minus PBS stations). Now I know this antenna may seem pricy but you really do get the best reception for digital TV, a item that blends into the room, and something that does not require to be plugged in like some other DTV … Read more

BOUGHT THE RCA (FORMERLY WORKED AT THE COMPANY). PLUGGED IN TO THE CONVERTER BOX AND GOT GOOD RESULTS ON CHANNELS 2-4-5-9 AND SOME NEW FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUFF IN THE 40 and 50's. CAN NOT GET CHANNELS 7 and 13. RETURNED ANTENNA TO BEST BUY NOW LOOKING FOR SOMETHING A BIT STRONGER TO TRY AND BRING IN THE STATIONS I WANT TO WATCH. IT'S A SMALL SET FOR THE KITCHEN TABLE NO CABLE. HAVE CABLE ON TWO OTHER SETS IN THE HOUSE. Read more
