These are excellent phones at a great price. I bought two of them to replace old wall phones which lacked caller ID, and I'm very pleased with them. They perfectly fit standard wall phone bracket/jacks, and offer handy features and good audio quality. I use these with the IPT VoIP service, with which they're completely compatible. I especially like the LED message-waiting indicator - a quick glance from across the room will tell you if you have new messages waiting. I'm now ordering two more to use as desk phones. Read more

The caller ID did not work on either phone I had and I have Verizon Caller ID. The second phone I received also had a loud buzz in it. Read more
