I had aproblem with the door and someone was out to fix it within 3 days. It was an assembly problem. A new door was installed cheerfully. The control are easy to use and understand. The turntable off function is weird. It moves back and forth instead of just staying still when you want to defrost a long piece of meat or something that would not turn inside. This Microwave looks beautiful but after I had it installed I went to use it for the first time and it would not heat up anything. It acted like it was working but nothing would get hot or even slightly warm and I tried every option. I could not have been more disapointed. It is still under warrenty but I have lost confidence in the brand and now I think I will just return it and get another brand. Read more
