This company is very accurate on the discription, and the picture of their product for sale. I used this paper shredder at max capacity. I had been saving lots of documents to shred so when I got this shredder I started shredding. It does everything that it says it does. It eats credit cards, 10 sheets of paper and staples. It comes with directions that are very clear. After shredding 3 buckets full of paper it overheated, but I worked it hard. The directions said what to do if the product overheated, and after leting it cool for the recommended amount of time it started right on shredding. It has a large capacity to hold shredded material so you do not have to dump it very often. It comes with wheels, but I use it with out them, and it works fine. It shredds into very thin short pieces, You could use the shredded material for packing if you needed too. My husband and I have had this shredder for years and have never experienced any problems whatsoever. It has shredded many papers and credit cards. I just recently shredded all legal papers from being Executor to an estate. It does have the safety that it stops when over heating. I just go and do something else until it is ready for me to start in again. I have more than abused this shredder. The shredders that we have had in the past always jammed and this one does not. I also like the idea of not having to use lubrication on the shredder. Because of our great experience, we purchased this for our son and his wife for Christmas. We had it shipped to their house and told them to try it out. We asked their opinion and they said "Great Product". Read more

This is a great shredder! I really like the wheels because they make it easy to push under my computer desk. It is also very quiet, which impressed me. The small slots make it impossible for my little one to get his fingers cut. About the only complaint was on the size of the shredded paper-it was a bit larger than I expected, but even that is okay with me now. The price was a real plus! I couldn't find any equivilant to this one without being much more expensive (and believe me, I checked!). I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Read more

I purchased this shredder to replace my old on which had lasted for seven years. It was easy to set up and fit where the old one had been in my office. I did not want to overwork in on my first try so I fed 1-2 sheets at most at a time into the shredder. I was taking breaks in between shredding while working on my computer. After a combined total of about 5 minutes of shredding, it jammed and began to smoke. I have sent it back. It may have been defective, however I thought the results should be noted. Read more

Although I haven't had a chance to use it extensively yet, it seems to be very durable. It does seem to slow down a little with 3-4 sheets. I'm sure it would be quite slow with the recommended 10. Its still a great value for the price, and it is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely purchase it again. Read more
