        This DVD is a must for anyone who wants to get a great 20 minute workout. I love to exercise, but I have never done circuit training before until I got this DVD and man did I get a workout! There are three levels of circuit training and even the first level was tiring for me at first. I will say that the workouts do seem to be slightly advanced. I don&apos;t know if I would recommend this DVD for someone who does not workout at all, but it is a great DVD to add to a fitness collection and to use once you build up some strength and endurance. Not only is this DVD a great workout, I love how Jillian Michaels &quot;talks&quot; to you. I can definitely see why she is one of the trainers on &quot;The Biggest Loser&quot;. Not only is she a great motivator, but she makes it feel as if she is talking directly to you...especially when you are tired and are ready to stop.         I work out on a regular basis, and this DVD challenged me far beyond what I had been doing- and I started with the beginner level! The workout may only be 20 minutes, but it will be the longest 20 minutes of your life. This is an excellent fitness tool for people who are often pressed for time and are looking for a quick workout, such as on a lunch break from work. My one caution is that if you are not in shape or haven&apos;t worked out in awhile, you may get frustrated as this is VERY intense and may be beyond your ability at the moment. If you&apos;re looking for a challenge, then this is for you! I don&apos;t know about 20 pounds in 30 days, but I lost 5 pounds in a week just from doing this workout 3 times a week! &lt;a href="http://www.buzzillions.com/reviews/jillian-michaels-30-day-shred-dvd-reviews#bz-model-review-6341641"&gt;Read more&lt;/a&gt;

        I&apos;ve been shredding it with Jillian for a little over a week now, and I have to say that it is a GREAT workout! I&apos;ve been working out at a gym for several years and can get through an hour of kickboxing or lifting weights, etc., but for some reason, Jillian&apos;s 20-min circuits kick my butt! And I mean that in a good way. Maybe it&apos;s due to being new moves, but after my first time doing the dvd, I felt like I was going to die (again, in a good way). I really wondered what I&apos;ve been doing in my kickboxing classes. After a week, I&apos;m seeing more tone in my arms and my stamina has definitely increased. Give it a try! It&apos;s a great way to change up your workout to help you see more results.         Honestly, I was a little skeptical when first purchasing this dvd..so skeptical in fact that I just sat on it for a few weeks. Last night I decided to pick it up and face the music and boy did i get more than my money&apos;s worth! I love the circuit training. It was quick (only 20 mins) not easy. You definately have to work hard at it to keep up but its so empowering that even after you are done..you&apos;re tempted to do it again. I used 5lb. weights for this video and they were a challenge but I made it through so I&apos;ll continue to use them. But for someone who struggles with the weight 2 or 3 lb weights may be better. For the past week or so I have been using the Biggest Loser Boot Camp and Yoga for Weight Loss DVD ( which I also bought at Best Buy for $12.99)) and they are a great combination to pair with this dvd. Thank you Jillian for pushing me to my max.
