We are very pleased with this unit in every respect. Cleans clothes well and has a standard capacity size even though it is a stackable unit. It is very quiet and spins clothes dry very well to minimize drying time. Two cons are that water tends to spray out the top of the washer lid when spinning dry and that lint tends to collect around the dryer door instead of the lint trap. Read more

I bought this stack set for my Mom, who has limited space but still requires large capacity so that she can wash everything at home. She loves it... says it fits 3 times as many items as her previous stack-able (she had the 24" before this) and that it gets everything completely clean. Her only issue is the locking latch, as she still likes using the liquid Downy softener, adding it herself during the rinse cycle. Read more

Full size washer/dryer, fits into apartment size closet for stack unit. ONLY complaint is buzzer on dryer. Long (5 seconds), loud, and cannot be regulated. Buzzer is "warning" on press guard. Goes off every 5 minutes, beginning in the middle of the dry cycle, while clothes are damp. If I can figure out how to mute the noise, the unit will be perfect. We average 6 full size loads of clothes per day. Read more

The washer and dryer is great; however, if you're willing to put up with the noisy buzzer that buzzes twice then this is the perfect stackable. Never had a problem with it otherwise. Read more

This unit is great...only negative things are the loud buzzer and sometimes the lint goes around the dryer door. Just have to clean up the lint after every load. Read more
