OMG! I just started taking these this week, and I'm already impressed with the results. I have been an off and on user of vitamins my entire life. I finally grew sick of being tired after work..Stopped into the GNC store and the salesman "Don" recomended these. I was a bit skeptical also..But I'm happy that I made the investment! I have soooooooo much energy now! What I like about it is that I'm not jittery which usually occurs when I take something to help wake me up. The ONLY downside is that they are BIG pills.. I purchased this recently at gnc. I am also an on and off user of vitamins because I never really know which ones absorb. I felt a bit of a difference. At first I thought perhaps my mind psychologically was telling me that taking all those "pills" meant that it has to work, but I feel it actually works I believe it did help me improve somewhat. I like that it's all in one packet so I don't have so many bottles laying around so it's easy to take, especially I'm a busy mom. I feel a bit energized, not a surge of energy but more a general sense of well being. Natural. I also take other supplement drinks with my vitamins. I feel a little more healthier. Not sure if that's just my imagination. I will be purchasing it again because I'm about running out. I'm on my 3rd week . There's definitely some improvement with my wellbeing. I'll admit, I've always been an on again, off again vitamin taker. I bought these a few months ago thinking that the convenient packaging would prompt me to take my vitamins every day... didn't work. For me, it was all about timing - I just wasn't ready to start my healthy living then. But 3 weeks ago, my scale hit it's highest point ever, and I'd had enough. Time to start eating better, and taking my vitamins - every day. Well, I've got to say that I feel better than I have in years!! I know part of it is the better eating, but I actually have energy and best of all, my scale is headed back down in the right direction. Now that I am taking them, the packaging does actually make it easier - no thinking about which bottles to grab. My only complaint is the size of the multivitamin pills - WHY must they be so big? Never cared for the "convenience" multi-packs.. but the GNC has the best.. it is very convenient.. it does ensure I actually take vitamins I need daily. I have tried other vitamins over the years but wound up returning to GNC products.. they feel much more effective, my health is definitely better when I take them.. and I trust their products & consistency. might be pricier, but worth it.. and if you take advantage of their discounts.. the price is a wash or better! I like the energy packs especially.. I actually have experienced marked energy since I have taken them.. and I have managed to keep local colds/flus away.. and I normally am a catch all for everything that goes around! Read more

They definitely gave me energy... probably too much. I had a hard time sleeping at night for the first week as my body adjusted to them. They also made me very jittery at first.
