My husband is a man of simple tastes. I just love cheese all kinds of cheese. So, I try this one with my husband in mind. I make it just like the package indicates 30-45 secs in the microwave and then I add honey on top after cutting into squares. Well my husband just loved this! This is the best Bread Cheese I've had since being in Finland. I didn't think I would ever find it in the states again, my mother used to know the farmers that made Bread Cheese but it is a dying art, sad to say. I'm so glad I found this website. Read more

I grew up in Finland with amazing home-made juustoleipa (thank you Mom) and that may explain why all commercial products I have tried thus far have been disappointments.
