Wow! I love this! Just got mine and I'm loving it already. I've got a small apt without a dryer hookup so this is perfect for me. Its like having a laundromat in my apt! I just can't get over the whole aspect of my clothes being washed and dryed in the same machine-Really Cool! Man..Technology has really gotten advanced. This is a good washer. After a lengthy time getting the right adapters to fit to the sink, I can say I am very pleased with this product. It washes clothes great and gets a lot of stains out that the laundrymat washers couldn't. The small size makes it easy to fit nearly anywhere. I highly recommend this product to anyone. I do wish to share some of the bad so as a buyer you can make a fair judgement on your purchase. I purchased this washer/dryer from this website and had nothing but problems from them.[...] I Also under the buyers guide the wording was very unclear and made it sound like the faucet adapter came with the product (I see they reworded it now), when in actuality it doesn't. It is sold seperatly for nearly 90 bucks (with casters for easy moving). HAIER Washer/dryer combo is the Worst

After 3 months of trying to get the washer to work properly, without a flood everyday, it was determined that there was a hole in the tank by the repairman from Haier that made two visits.After many hours and days of phone calls and complaining to customer services, managers, supervisors, etc., Haier decided to replace this product with a new one. When the new replacement arrived, the lid was cracked and had to be sent back. It is three months with no washing machine and I don't know when this one will be replaced. I was promised a phone call back by every employee I spoke with. Out of six or seven people and three months of complaining, I received only one (1) return phone call. This washing machine was so slow to complete a wash, and the dryer was even slower. It took an hour and a half to two hours to do one load of clothes. I would never recommemd this washing machine or this dealer to anyone. They are the worst people to deal with!!!! I would never buy another product from Haier! … Read more

this machine is quiet but must be level to be quiet it uses very little detergent my only con would be that heavy clothes can be washed in one load but must be separated into two loads to dry but this is already listed with the operational instructions. I love this machine it has been a lifesaver for me I have very little time to go back and forth the the laundry room in the basement of my apt and I no longer have to worry about the time of day that I am able to wash my laundry. I feel safer staying in my apt and out of the basement at odd hours. And no more fighting for the machines. Read more
