A friend of mine told me about Bataleon last winter and I was reading up on it and got interested in their baseshape. So I finally got to ride one at a demo at Bear and it blew me away! Virtually impossible to catch an edge, you land everything you try and I never knew I was able to ride switch so well! I know it sounds unbelievable (like when you ready their website with 25 benefits of Bataleon compared to a normal board) but I can only say that it changed my riding completely and I'm 100% on. The SMILE graphic is also sick and the board really makes me SMILE all day. Hope this helps ! Read more

Dont like catching edges? Get a bataleon! The Evil twin is the most well rounded of the true twin Bataleons that I run. Just enough flex to be fun on the jibs and butters, yet stiff enough to handle the booters or the double diamonds. The triple base makes edge catching a thing of the past and lets you pull off those pesky under-rotated 7's. The ET handles high speeds very well and turns ice into something you can carve on If your looking for a true twin to do it all, this is your deck! Read more

I have had the evil twin for a few seasons and it is the best all around board I own. The 55 rides like a 55 in the park on rails and jumps and floats like a 59+ in the pow. Super good flex for presses yet very responsive charging through the chunder getting to the park. Read more

If I had to have one board this would be it. Pretty much the easiest riding board I have ever ridden. I have been riding almost 20 years and in 1 season on this board my riding improved more than in 5 years of riding. It gave me more confidence in doing tricks and actually got me onto more boxes and features that I have never really tried before. The base was noticable at first and felt a little different, not bad just different but after about 3-4 runs it was dialed. I'll always have a twin in my quiver. Read more

This board is beyond the best board previously made before the 2008 Bataleon Evil Twin. There is not one thing about this board except when you have to leave the mountain abondoning the enjoyment of riding this amazing board. I have been riding for 9 years and never have ridden anything smoother and more responsive than this board.

It is virtually impossible to catch an edge since I tested it out. I tried to make myself fall and this board just will not let you screw up. Bataleon is the new company I will be sticking with forever. Read more
