I knew my little one would love to have her very own piano because she loves to the play the big one at grandma's house. I saw this and thought it would be perfect to put under the Christmas tree, unwrapped with a big red bow. She was very delighted with it on Christmas morning, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The bench seat and the piano case is made from very brittle plastic that can break into sharp shards if you're not careful. The seat is poorly designed because it can topple easily. The legs just "stick" into holes in the underside of the piano and are not secured in any way that would prevent them from just falling out if you lift it up to move it. The legs also come in two pieces, which just "slip" together and can easily come apart in the hands of a rambunctious little one. The listing was also not clear on the fact that it is an electronic keyboard, NOT a true piano, so it needs batteries (sigh - another toy that sucks down batteries). Granted it is an electron

My son was 16 months old when he got this piano for Christmas. He loves to play on his 12-year old sister's real piano so we got him one just his size. He loves to sit down at his piano when his big sissy sits down to play her piano. He loves the pre-recorded music so much that sometimes he stops "playing" and gets up and dances. The only thing I don't like about the piano is that it is a light weight plastic so if my son puts his weight on it, he and the piano tumble over. That's not a big issue though as I just placed it in the corner so there is some support should he lean on it. Read more

My daughter really likes this piano. It was a great deal for the price I paid. The keys light up to help you learn to play and you can set the tempo and beat, record and replay songs, etc. The only problem is that it is top heavy and can tip over easily. My daughter has had it fall over quite a few times, It hasn't hurt her as it's not all that heavy, but it sure is annoying. I would still recommend buying it because it's fun and so darn cute! Read more

We purchased this toy for my two year old son but my one year old twin daughters play with it almost as much. All three love the light-up keys and programmed drum beats. My son can sit at the bench and bang out tunes on the keyboard while the girls pick a beat and dance around. It also has a teaching feature and record and play back that we don't use often yet but I think will come in handy in the near future. Great musical toy! Read more
