        &lt;p&gt;
        This is the second time I order a St Albray from Igourmet, and this is the second time the cheese is overripe and almost too strong and bitter to eat.
I was not able to eat it by itself, and I am French!
I found St Albray at a local store in much better shape (younger) and I will not order St Albray from Igourmet anymore. But beside this one, all the other cheeses I ordered were very good, and I am still a loyal customer to Igourmet for cheeses I can&apos;t find locally. &lt;a href="http://www.buzzillions.com/reviews/saint-albray-reviews#bz-model-review-1281911"&gt;Read more&lt;/a&gt;
