Works

Once my daughter, who is 3, was flipped around and missed the cover, going directly on the bed, just above the top, where her head should have been. But other than that this pad has worked amazingly well, carrying a heavy load like a big full diaper, never soaking thru. And I wash my stuff on Sanitary (super hot), pre wash, extra everything and it comes thru no problem.

The best part, and the part that I had such a problem with using a regular waterproof mattress pad, aside from having to rip the whole bed apart to remove it in the middle of the night, is it doesn't cause my daughter to sweat or get too hot while sleeping. That rubber or plastic that is on the bottom of most waterproof mattress protectors is horrible for that. I won't even subject my guests to such pads, and when my daughter was in the crib I didn't use a waterproof mattress pad because I didn't want her temp fluctuating wildly and causing crib death. Now that she is older, I just don't want her to be uncomfort

Best thing we ever bought

        Mom of three
        from
        Indiana

We have one for my 7 year old's bed and one for my 4 year old's bed. Our 4 year old rarely wets the bed, but our 7 year old still can't go all night. Over the summer it was really starting to affect her confidence having to wear pull-ups at night, so we stopped buying pull-ups and bought these. We still take her to the potty before we go to bed, but she still wets two and three times a night sometimes. Trust me when I say these have NEVER leaked. She has a full size bed and the cover NEVER shifts around, doesn't get caught under her and is long enough that even if she slips off her pillow the wetness is still contained. We just need to buy a few more now so that we can put a new one under her after the one is soiled. Washes and dries very quickly also, not like the mattress cover under her sheets that I have to wash when this cover is soiled. Definately saving us sleep at night. Best thing EVER!!! Read more

This item has saved our sleep. It makes changing sheets for night wetness so easy. We bought two and there is always a spare! We've had them for 2 months now and they wash very well! Read more

I already own 2 of these pads from a different manufacturer. This pad is nothing like the ones I already own. The back of the pad is heavy, stiff vinyl. As soon as I saw what it was made of, I [...] returned it. Read more

Wonderful Mattress Protector!

I read the reviews and I was not disappointed. This is perfect for my son's bed. He was too big for the toddler bed and although he was potty trained, he is not yet trained for night time. He still wears diapers at night only and they sometimes leak. I didn't want his new mattress ruined, yet I didn't want to change an entire set of sheets constantly like I had with the toddler bed. I bought two of these and I can just switch them. The sheets stay put the whole week just like ours do. No more tons of laundry. They pay for themselves in saved water and electricity right there, not to mention aggrivation. I find that one is sufficient to put on the bed (some people like to use two at a time, I think it is plenty big to just use one) and ours is a full size for a full size bed and it is plenty long enough to tuck in. There are no problems with this product and we are very glad we bought it. Actually, we've always been pleased with everything we have purchaed from one step ahead
