I love this bike. For the money, you won't find better components. The Shimano Deore LX rear deraillour shifts smooth and easy. I ride for fitness/recreation on the road and on the bike path and this bike is great for that purpose. It moves along very smoothly. The frame is really strong. Perhaps a bit on the heavy side for some, but that doesnt bother me at all. It handles all the abuse I throw at it with ease. I haven't rode too much offroad, but the times I have been offroad while on my excursion have been a blast! This bike handles it all very well and doesn't miss a beat! Read more

I dig this bike. I ride about an hour 5-6 times a week for general fitness. Buy it for comfort, cool components(disc brakes, lock-out on fork, good components for price point), looks, ability to put on a rear rack for commuting, and fun. Don't buy it for heavy duty off-road useage or lightweightness. This is the perfect bike for me right now. Read more

I Ride a Crosstrail Sport, it's little brother. This is a true do it all bike, complete with rack, grocery panniers, tail bag, and Shimano combo pedals. It does everything well, and just exactly what I want a bike to do - everything. It's geared low enough to climb walls effortlessly, and high enough to do 35MPH without killing yourself. Comfortable ride, and stout enough to load it down. I ride 30+ miles every day, amd can't imagine using anything else. I love this bike! Read more
