It is FANTASTIC. I have worn triathlon wetsuits for almost 15 years and this is the best I've tried. It fits very snugly so very little water gets inside and yet remains very flexible. I was skeptical at first that I would need a Mens' Small (blow to my male ego). Even when I tried it on, I thought, This is really snug. But in the water, I had complete freedom in my shoulders and breathing, even with a tri jersey underneath. Only draw back was that the suit fits so snuggly, it was a bit of a wrestling match to put it one. Getting it off, however, was breeze!
