i bought this item on the 1/10/08 and started taking it when i began i weighted 200 and i know that it's only been like a week but i've seen the difference cause before that i would just sit all day the same day that i stared taking it i felt like actually going to the park and run, run i've also notice that it help me eat less it's almost a week and before i wrote this i weighted myself and now i weight 194 i know it's not alot but hey i only work out for 20 minutes each day and well i started my exercise on sunday so for me it's good i would keep in touch to let you guys know what's up Read more

I don't want to go as far as calling it a magic pill or something. But it did work for me. I lost 17 lbs from 201 to 184 in little more than one month. I didn't follow the daily usage exactly. I only take one before breakfast and one before lunch during weekdays and only one before lunch during weekend, which is much less than the product recommended usage.
