I just picked up this BBQ and after one use I am left wondering if I made the right choice... For [$] the cooking surface could be better, it wouldn't be so bad if the whole cooking surface worked, only 3/4 of the grills get hot enough to cook on(the front part of the grills dont heat well), the stove burners worked fine and the sear burner worked fine.. refridge, warming drawer and lights are nice ammenities...also I wish I was able to cover the food while it is on the grill, I'm thinking about coming up with some kind of portable cover that goes over the 2 grills!! This grill is everything I have ever wanted in a grill. Its amenities are impressive and well worth the money. As for the burner comments made by others. It is a "U" shaped burner. There will be hot spots and cooler spots. With the amount of BTU the burners throw you can cook on the entire surface. You need to be a little patient and enjoy your grilling experience. The grill offers the best of everything. The only thing I would include is a fan on the same mounting surface the lights are on. Other then that this is a dream come true. Read more

I like the grill and it is a good value. It arrived with a damaged heat distribution plate and you can not get in touch with Charmglow (Brinkman). Over 23 minutes on hold. I will attempt to get help from my local (Helena) Home Depot. The unit had another dent but it weighs 500 plus pounds and I don't want to return it. The heat on the grill is hotter in the rear (at the "U") but thats OK. If not for the lack of customer service from Charmglow (Brinkman) this grill would get a much better rating. Read more

We have a large family and thought that this grill would be perfect for us. We have used it twice, and are very disappointed. If it did not weigh so much I would haul it back myself. The grilling area seemed impressive but once you realize only the back half actually gets hot enough to cook on you are left waiting. I am glad that it comes with a warming drawer, I will need it if I plan on any outdoor parties. The grill looks awesome but performance is lacking. Read more

Very nice grill, all the amenities. Easy to assemble. Back of the burner does get hot faster than the front of the burner, but once the grease starts dripping, it's all good. Refrigerator is a nice touch along with the warming draw. Be careful, that drawer really gets hot. Also I would run a dedicated circuit for this grill. Fridge, warmer and lights added to another circuit might trip your breaker. All depends on the wiring in your home...Enjoy... Read more
