You need 2 pills, once a day. Takes 3 weeks to build up in your system and begin working. After I took this product for 3 weeks, the night sweats, hot flashes, and vaginal dryness, were completely gone. I have now taken this product for 3 months. My only complaint is that it took me 2 weeks of horrible menopausal symptoms to find this product. I know even I have to laugh at that. Most women go through years of menopause symptoms. But seriously I feel like I had 5 weeks of menopause (2 weeks to find the product, and 3 weeks to begin taking affect) and now it's completely gone. This product is a miracle in a bottle. I saw no change in hot flashes with this product after 2 weeks of use. I stopped taking it because I was having nausea every day after I took it. Thinking I may have just had a virus, I restarted it and the nausea is back with a vengeance after 1 day. Read more

I use half the dosage because I believe in taking only as much as is necessary for the effect. Others may need a full dose. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is having peri-menopausal or menopausal issues. Read more
