Yet to be kid tested but has passed the adult tests. No microphone feedback, clear sound and seperate volume control for mic/cd. The icons to direct the button/dial function don't catch the eye; it may take a prechooler extra time to remember all the function buttons but I have no doubt it's going to be a favorite! Read more

I was looking EVERYWHERE for a reasonably priced kid's CD player with a microphone. All I was finding were either for girls or $60+. This was the perfect item for us. I'm glad it has to mics b/c it can be used with big brother or friends. I think we'll get a good amount of use out of it.Be prepared with 6 fresh C batteries though! (Unless you plan to keep it plugged in) When we first put in the batts we had 4 new & 2 old. It was enough to get the mics to work, but the CD wouldn't spin. After getting fresh ones it worked just fine. Read more

This item was bought as a Christmas present for our 5 year old granddaughter. First of all the packaging from the company was terrible and then when it was taken out of the Little Tikes box and quality batteries placed in and a workable cd placed,nothing happened-no music. I have always purchaed Little Tikes products and have been pleased but definitely not happy with this one. I will be returning the product. Read more

Bought for my 4-year-old and 18-month-old. They love it. It's barely a week old, and so far nothing has broken on it (They've broken microphones and CD players in the past).The buttons are easy to push. It took me a day to realize that the volume knob turned all the way down clicks the power off - I thought there was no way to turn it off. So far we're all very happy with it. Read more
