I was a little leary about purchasing it but once I received it I was hooked!!! It was easy to assemble.The battery pack charged in the appropriate time and I was cultivating the following morning. I needed a product like this due to arthritis in my hand. I can't crank a gas powered tiller. This cultivated my little kitchen garden in a snap. first this is a cultivator and not a tiller so my fault for not payig attention to that fact first. not very strong dosnt remove even dead crabgrass. if yo want to do more than turn potting soil fresh from the bag this is probably not the equipment you need. I will return this in the morning because i never seem to have a problem with the searss people upon returning anything i believe i will buy the two cycle or maybe the four cycle mini tiller and try again. but you can not expect to much for 99 dollars but good luck and best wishes but at least with sears you should always have a good experience with the store.
