can't put enough water in to make a full pot. Absolutely impossible to pour out of decanter without spilling. These two features make it quite frustrating. Like this brand because I don't have to worry if the coffee is going to taste good. It makes great coffee. My old model was easy to use, but got so dirty I couldn't clean it well enough. So I replaced it with this one, which is not as good. The pot only shows number for 2 or 4 cups, excluding 1 and 3. The spout is so small on the pot that coffee spills out when you pour it. And, the filter sticks to the basket, making it difficult to remove to clean. Wish they still had my old model. Read more

This product has 2 quirks one should know about. The first is that the opening into the pot is rather small, so if a person with anything other than a small hand is trying to clean the inside of the pot, it will be difficult (or impossible for a big hand). The 2nd quirk is that one must use one's thumb and hold the lid open when pouring or it mis-pours. The cup of coffee it brews (assuming a good quality of coffee is used) is worth these minor details - at least for me!! Read more

The pot spills some if you try to pour too quickly, but overall it's an exceptional product. The entire thing is very easy to clean and even handles my very hard water with no build up. Had been given another coffee maker when I moved and gave that one away to purchase another one of these. Read more

A good little coffee pot--small and simple, but still really cute. I am mainly a tea drinker myself, so I just bought this for company and it fits the purpose just right. If you are looking for bells and whistles this coffee maker is certainly not for you, but if you want something simple that just brews coffee, this is a good choice. Read more
