I use this produt every time i go to work out or at my games. My whole team has this exact brace because of its comfort. I love this product, but the only con that u might have to watch is wearing a sock underneath because if u dont then u might get a blood blistard but as long as u have a sock underneath then u will be fine. My daughter has a problem with weak ankles and she rolls them often while playing sports. She has not had an ankle injury since wearing these braces. They are a little bulky and she can not wear shin guards with ankle protection with them. She also has to make sure she has them with her when trying on cleats. It is more comfortable when wearing them over socks. Great brace! Read more

I've used this brand of brace for over 10 years. After severe sprains took months to heal, I've worn these braces on both ankles 2-3 times a week when playing pick-up basketball. Somewhat confused by reviews complaining of durability, discomfort. Although they are a little cumbersome, after a couple weeks of break-in, they are not a source of discomfort. They can cause some discomfort in ankle area until broken in, and you do need to wear them consistently to be used to them. Shoes should be sized to accommodate, and quality socks are a must. I generally machine wash once a month; replace after 3-4 years. Have found them to be durable and reliable. As far as effectiveness, I can only say I've suffered no severe sprains in wearing them over 10 years. Read more

I have used the product for over five years on both ankles - not the same pair!. They easily last one or two seasons with weekly use. Prior to use, I never completed a tennis season without an ankle sprain - often a very severe sprain (one put me on crutches for several months). Since using this ankle brace (knock, knock!!), my ankles have been spared. I only wish they could come up with a way to use velcro versus very long laces to speed up the "put on" time. Read more
