The fact that the shelving has trouble with Burgundy/Rhone style bottles is a major detractor. You can adjust the shelves fit them in, but you lose one whole shelf of storage capacity, bringing the total bottle count down to 24. While it doesn't have the noise of a compressor going off and on all the time, there is a constant low buzzing that you eventually grow used to. For the price though, I don't think that it can be beat. Read more

the product came damaged, but still works. however i was very disappointed that it was damaged at all. the temperature is hard to gage, would be better if you could see how cold the temp actually is rather than minimum - max. Read more

My only complaint is that the upper right slot cannot hold a full-height bottle because the controls are right behind this spot and take up some of the required depth. Other than that, this seems so far like a good buy for the price point. Read more

At first I kept the unit in a large closet, but wine temperatures stayed ambient, around 72°. Later, I moved it to an open area in the dining room for better air circulation but no change. When I called the maker for advice, they informed me the unit was out of warranty and that nothing could be done other than having the unit repaired (if possible) on my own. Read more
