Therefore, I can safely say this unit is probably the only oven on the market that allows the user the complete flexibility of cooking with any combination of bottom, top or back heating elements. This feature was essential to me. This way, I control which items get browned on top and which do not. (I was tired of having to wrap aluminum foil around my pies to keep the crust from burning because my old oven's broiler element could not be controlled separately.) As I would expect from such an expensive unit: 1. The overall finish is of the highest quality. 2. The oven door has a solid feel to it and closes with a very good fit. 3. The top and bottom heating elements are covered by glass, allowing the user to see the oven cycle on and off. 4. The oven is very well insulated, which keeps its cabinet cool.5. The cooling fan runs silently. 6. The unit has a very elegant look.
