For anyone looking for that "quick diet fix," this is NOT the answer. However, its a great dietary supplement for those looking for a reasonable aid to losing weight. It does help the weight come off a bit faster than with just diet and exercise, and it has also kept weight coming off even if I'm not exercising for a time, or not eating as well... just not as quickly as when I am doing all of the above. I do highly recommend this product for someone looking for a product to help them lose the weight naturally, through diet and exercise, but not for someone who just wants to take a pill to lose weight! I've lost weight and it came off pretty quickly. HOWEVER, before you click to buy this product, I used this product in combination with running thrice per week 30 minutes at a time and substantially switching over to a heavily vegetarian diet. This product definitely gets you going though...and in comparison to some other (energy) pills, one doesn't get nauseous or jittery. It's a nice, comfortable boost in vitality. Read more
