I love this coffee machine and would highly recommend it. The difference in flavor between drip coffee and this is very noticable. Steaming milk is a snap as well. Espresso, Capachino, Latte, it does it all. Using the built in grinder is great, but I have been less happy when putting flavored coffee in the pre-ground slot (the flavored coffee tastes better in my drip coffee maker). I bought this machine as a birthday gift for my daughter because I have one of my own and have enjoyed it so much. Part of my morning ritual is making a latte to start my day. We had three Capresso C1000's [Office, Home, Summer Home] They were good. We traded our three C1000's for three new E8, and we purchased a fourth from CoffeMaker's.com this Christmas. The E8 make stronger coffee / espresso. We love them. Read more

This miracle arrived just after our second son was born. Can't say enough good things about it, the unit is simple to operate, makes great lattes, and is a snap to clean. My wife was also able to start making her own lattes within a week, BRILLIANT. The only other device in the house she dares tackle is the Tivo, so the bar is fairly high. I have had not issues with any part of this product and after about 50 cups already brewed I can't imagine life without it. We also use the hot water feature quite regularly for tea. Read more

We researched this purchase since May of 2007, and just made the purchase in October. We went between a large version for over $3,000.00 and smaller versions - more home style because of the small number of people requesting this type of coffee. We are very pleased with the quality of the drink, the ease of making a cup, and the ease of clean-up. And the machine does not take up a lot of cupboard space. I have had no negative comments on your product - all positive. Read more
