I really love this machine. Its as easy to use as the one at work. On the good side, I would say it brews fast and easy and can make even coffee like Yuban taste really good. Fresh ground beans are out of this world. On the down side, there is no timer to program it to brew while you are brushing your teeth and getting dressed but it makes a whole pot in under 3 minutes and half a pot even faster so the lack of timer really hasnt been an issue for me. Also because this machine has a holding tank of ready hot water, (thats why it can brew so fast) you have to follow specific directions to set it up for the first time out of the box. Directions were very clear so it wasnt that hard. Dont skip ahead, FOLLOW THEM. You are best to use real Bunn filters, they are a little taller than the generic grocery ones. Cost difference was minimal. Also, this machine has a minimum brew of 4 cups because of the balancing of the hot water reserve thing, so if you only want a very small amount most of

I love the speed of brewing a pot of coffee, but you really need to have fresh ground and very fine coffee. If you use the cheaper already ground, you'll need more than usual. You'll need to purchase the Bunn filters that are designed for the maker or else you will have grounds in your coffee (overflow). Also there is no auto shut off which is another draw back. Read more

I love this product it works fantastic. I do however have one issue with the design, the location of the on-off switch. It can very easily get bumped and turned off. 4 times so far with me. Not very pleasent when you go to take a drink of coffee and its cold. Read more

This coffee maker is the best on the market. Makes a pot of coffee in 3 minutes and I mean 3 minutes. Easy cleaning of the water line to the carafe as it comes with it's own deliming tool. I've had mine close to 9 years and would buy another if it broke tomorrow. Has given years of service without a problem. I can't say that about some of the other brands I've had before. All places for lime to stick too is accessable for cleaning unlike some other brands I will not mention here. If you love someone Give them a Bunn... I did. Read more

This Bunn is the best brewer for a quick pot of coffee. I have been using them, for residential for at least 20 years. During that time, I have seen 2 style changes, and this stainless and black brewer is very modern in design. It's also nice to have hot water for other needs, like instant teas, and cocoa mixes. I just make sure there is no filter in it, and fill/dispense. Price was $20.00 less here than in my local [...] store. I actually bought this one as a back up, because the one I have is 6 years old, and I worried that they may change/stop making it before this one died. Read more
