I really love this machine. Its as easy to use as the one at work. On the good side, I would say it brews fast and easy and can make even coffee like Yuban taste really good. Fresh ground beans are out of this world. On the down side, there is no timer to program it to brew while you are brushing your teeth and getting dressed but it makes a whole pot in under 3 minutes and half a pot even faster so the lack of timer really hasnt been an issue for me. Also because this machine has a holding tank of ready hot water, (thats why it can brew so fast) you have to follow specific directions to set it up for the first time out of the box. Directions were very clear so it wasnt that hard. Dont skip ahead, FOLLOW THEM. You are best to use real Bunn filters, they are a little taller than the generic grocery ones. I just bought my first Bunn coffee maker & can't believe it took me this long to discover how to make a great cup of coffee. I have spent years buying different coffee makers and every type of coffee on the market - trying to make coffee like you find in nice resturants. All it took was a Bunn coffee maker. Not only is it a great cup of coffee, it's pipping hot & ready before you can walk out and get your morning paper and get back in. Well worth every penny. I only wish I had discovered it sooner. I love the speed of brewing a pot of coffee, but you really need to have fresh ground and very fine coffee. If you use the cheaper already ground, you'll need more than usual. You'll need to purchase the Bunn filters that are designed for the maker or else you will have grounds in your coffee (overflow). Also there is no auto shut off which is another draw back. Read more

This coffee maker is the best on the market. Makes a pot of coffee in 3 minutes and I mean 3 minutes. Easy cleaning of the water line to the carafe as it comes with it's own deliming tool. I've had mine close to 9 years and would buy another if it broke tomorrow. Has given years of service without a problem. I can't say that about some of the other brands I've had before. All places for lime to stick too is accessable for cleaning unlike some other brands I will not mention here. If you love someone Give them a Bunn... I did. Read more

This is a wonderful coffeemaker. The stainless steel tank and black accents make it very sleek and modern looking. I use it everyday and I love that the coffee is ready so quickly. It is simple to use and brews great coffee. I drink my coffee black, absolutely no flavoring, so the taste of the coffee is very important to me. This coffeemaker consistently produces great tasting coffee. The only drawback is the pot is only 10 cups; I prefer a 12 cup pot, however, since the brew time is so short, it is easy enough to make a second pot when the first one is gone. Read more
