This unit arrived damaged. The incline button has 3 gouges in it and when turned on the unit automatically goes to max incline and does nothing else. I contacted ProForm customer service, and they promptly offered to send out a replacement console. The console is back-ordered through the middle of next month! And, to boot, ProForm expects me to pay a $5.99 handling fee for the part! All I can say is that SEARS customer service has been great, and I still have the option of returning the treadmill if the part does not become available. One week and I love it

My husband and I are so glad we purchased this piece of equipment. It is definitely solid. It works awesome. Everything from the fan, the speakers, the ifit card, the incline, to the programmed workouts are great. It took my husband about an hour to set up by himself and he said that the instructions looked worse than they actually are. Just a little intimidating, but now looking back he said it really is 3 simple steps. Read more

The heart rate grips did not work, but I purchased a chest strap heart rate monitor that works perfectly. The treadmill is very sturdy. It handles my 270 lbs easily. The monthly totals are a way to watch how fast one improves. I did not buy the extended warranty, but right now it would appear I wouldn't use it anyway. It seems very sturdy and well built. Recommended to everyone. Worth the money. Read more

I bought this treadmill so I could walk and loose weight without having to worry about the weather outside. Since I bought it I've lost 8.2 lbs in 2 weeks and I've walked on it for 8 days out of the 2 weeks and lost that much weight. After assembling it, when I rise the frame (for storage purposes for example) the frame hits the left handrail. I have to push the whole console a little to the left, so I can push the frame to its final position. You could think that it is caused by an assembly mistake, but it is not. There are not many chances that you make an assembly mistake. It's just the way the machine is built.The frame is not well centered with the console and handrails. Besides, the Ipod won't work with the USB connector. It only works with the headphone-type plug. Read more
