This is an excellent product for those that don't seem to have much time to get to the gym. I have duplicated every gym excercise with these resistance bands from chest press to lat pulldowns. I also train my clients with these bands. They all seem shocked at the amount of muscle fatigue that they experience from these little bands. Need more resistance, add more bands. What's great about this particular brand is that the handles are removable. I can add all three bands if I really want to blast my muscles. Read more

I bought that band kit in hopes being able to do a couple of exercises that I cculdn't do with my basic bench and dumbbells. I have never used bands before. The product lista that it includes a 5, 10, and 15 pound resitance bands. None of the bands are labeled. So you have no idea which is which. The instruction booklet is useless. It doesn't tell you which band is which either, nor does the DVD. The pictures in the booklet are dark, so dark that some of them you can barely see the band or body part being exercised. The DVD isn't much better. The demostrators form at time is shakey. It says on there intro that this product is designed for the home user in mind, but does all exercises in a gym type environment. They talk about the door attachment, but never actually show how to use it. On the video it is clear that they aren't using a door for the would be door attachment exercises. This is a very good set of resistance bands targeted for people who are new to using them. This is a set you will not outgrow for a while because you can use all three bands to get the max resistance. I will not be at that level for a very long time! The bonus DVD is an instructional class on how to attach the bands to your door and shows in very plain and simple instruction how to perform many exercises that will help you chisel your body. The bands were effective and provided good resistance, but two of them broke after only two months of use. They're not high quality and I would not recommend them if you already exercise regularly. They would be an ok product in traveling or low intensity toning. Read more
