This through the wall air conditioner is proving to be a much better unit than our previous one which had a higher btu rating. The electronic controls along with the remote are so convenient. The unit goes on and off as necessary and keeps a steady temperature throughout our house, yes, our whole house, all 1200 square feet of it. The quietness is more than I had hoped for. It is more like a white noise, not invasive or interupting. We can talk, watch TV or sleep without any problem. We have only been using it for three weeks but I can't think of any complaint about it, it even looks nice. Read more
