I love to cook and decided on this particular microwave mainly because of the options it offers. We use it daily to thaw things, heat up things and to cook. It does have fabulous features, but, we have only had it for one year and the door has become loose and doesn't close all the way which makes the turntable not function and it doesn't heat up. You have to actually hold the door shut at the top in order to use it. There is no way to repair it. It isn't a cheap microwave but not the top of the line either. I will never buy another LG appliance!!!!! I wouldn't give it any stars but it was required for this commentary. Read more

went all over the bell and wistles, installing this oven in my new house, and after i moved it did not work. everything on the oven works . except of the microwave. it does not heat , not even a cup of water. read over the internet the Q/A on the LG site and they recommend unplugging the unit for 5 minutes and then plugged in and I done this over 20 times and it does not work Read more

Very noisy, everytime you use it the fan turns on super loud. Ours is not very old, but just past warranty and the 6 button and the defrost button no longer work. Read more

This model has a lot of nice capabilities that are helpful. The finish on the microwave I received is dull and does not shine for some reason. Plus, when the microwave is cooking it makes a noise that doesn't sound as thought it should be happening. I would like to exchange it but no longer have the boxes for packing and sending it back.
