Either the rating on this is wrong or i'm not using this right. No way this produces 12000 btu of cooling. It can hardly cool my very small 150 square foot room. All it does is blow lots of air at a maximum power but hardly any cooling happens. The installation setup is also confusing me no end. Can't say I would recommend this. Read more

my husband and i cant believe how little this air conditioner dosent cool off what it said it would. we have 200sq feet living and it wont even cool that down not to metion we even hung a sheet from our kitchen entery way to living room thinking tathat would help. no go it never got our 200sq feet below 75 my floor fan works better. like the other guy said on his review all it does is blow air around the room. i my self and sending mine back and geting my money back. for what i payed it should cool 400sq feet like it said it would. we will not be buying another one we rate this one a 0. I just got through installing and running a thorough test run on my first WA-1230H. I have 2 of them, the second one is still in the box and I will be getting it ready soon. I must say that I'm nearly speechless. I'm very impressed. This baby can really move some air around quickly. I had to check and make sure there wasn't any icicles forming on my nose... brrr... LOL. Really liked this air conditioner because it has worked very well for 2 years and its continue to keep my room nice and cool.
