I did alot of research pertaining to what kind of washer to get; so I decided to get the Ge King Size stainless steel basket and I was so Satisfied with my choice. I was impressed with this washer, you can't even hear the washer running I had to lift the top to make sure it was working, the clothes are very clean and fresh, the extra spin cycle is great for the heavy jeans and king size beding. To make a long story short I would recomend this washer; I haven't purchaed the dryer yet I have to save, but I will purchase the dryer next this is a must have. Read more

I love the size, the stainless steel tub,and the quietness of this washer. And that it is made in the USA. However, I don't think my clothes are getting as clean as they did in my old washer. Also, the wash cycle is very gentle, but the spin cycle spins my clothes so tight that they come out very dry but wrinkled and I have had a few items torn by the spinning. Read more

Our old machine finally quit, and since money doesn't go far enough these days, we we researched machines diligently. I was hesitant to buy this machine because people either love it or hate it. I bought it with the warranty, & hoped for the best. It has lived up to all of my expectations! The wash cycle is so quiet, at first I wasn't sure it was running, especially when the dryer was going. I LOVE the extra spin cycle, which works well on the gentle cycle, too. Take the time to try different cycles, at different levels of grime, and different water levels. It only takes as long to wash the clothes as you program it to take. I have had no trouble with water leakage, or parts breaking. We've only had it for just over a month, but with 5 of us it has had PLENTY of use. Read more
