I bought this when the tablets were out of stock at the store. It's true that there is a bitter taste at the bottom of the drink if it is not thoroughly mixed. The flavor overall is fine as long as it's mixed very well. I use one packet only twice per day. At work I drink a 32oz cup of water in the am and another one in the afternoon. I put one packet in each cupful and sip on it all day. It is more sustained for me all day. I do not get hungry while at work and it works long enough to help me feel energized at the gym after work. My eating is less curbed in the evening for dinner, but not as much as if I were taking the tablets three times per day. I think overall this product is not as cost effective as the tablets but I like having the "even-ness" of drinking it throughout the day rather than bursts of the stuff every few hours. Read more

I really like this product for the energy it gives me. The box says to mix it into 16.9 oz of water but I find that it tastes better if I mix it in 32 oz. I like the fact that I can drink it all day and get even energy all day. It tells you to take it before each meal up to three meals but I usually only use one to two packets and still get lots of energy out of it. Helps me accomplish what I need to during the day. The thing i like about it is that it helps with cravings, I dont have them any more. It also gives you a lot of energy. It is better if it is mixed with 30 oz of water instead of 16 oz. And i dont ever have to drink it three times a day, only once or twice. The only thing i dont like about it is that if it is drinkin too late at night it is hard to fall asleep. Read more

I like the taste of the drink supplement and it dissolves well without the grittiness or clumpiness of some other drink mixes. I feel it has increased my enegy and I am able to get a lot more done during the day. Unfortunately I have not lost any weight but I have not gained any either! :) Read more
