Bought this one based on Consumer Reports recommendation for similar model. Had it installed for a month and no major complaints. There are a couple arc marks on the side where the steel rack may have been placed against the side mistakenly. The unit is pretty easy to understand and has enough options for us. It does a pretty good job on popping the popcorn all the way and heats evenly as best I can tell. Seems to be a bit noisier than our last unit and doesn't have a timer function. Handle and front door are sturdy but the clips for the steel rack look to be pretty weak/cheap. Read more

I only have the microwave a few weeks, but find it is very loud when operating. Sounds like a jet engine taking off. Also, the bracket used to install it seems a bit skimpy. Hope it holds it up.! Read more

We've had our microwave for about 3 years and the keypad is done. The fan button turns on the lights, half the numbers don't work at all etc. A microwave should last much longer than 3 years especially with minimum usage. Read more
