My husband loves it!

My husband (43 years young) has suffered from lower back pain for several years. He was recently diagnosed with arthritis in his hips. He is not overweight and is pretty active. I ordered the inversion table for him as a Christmas gift. He works out of a home office and has it set up in there. He gets on it all the time to relieve stress. He also suffers from sinus headaches/sinus pressure and you would think hanging upside down would add more pressure, but it doesn't. The quality of the product is great, and I was worried because so many others are much more expensive. My husband had a problem with it flinging backwards too quickly and he called the support number. An actual person answered the phone immediately and told him he needed to adjust the table for height. He had to extend far past his height requirement, but it doesn't matter, that did the trick and it was awesome that he got to speak to a human being without pressing 10 different numbers. Over all this is a great table if you have a bad back. After a couple of days it has reduced my pain by a third. I wish I had it several years ago. It's best to leave it set up all the time if you have the space. It's a little hard to fold up and move yourself,but that is the ONLY con. The pros far out weigh the cons. Read more

I've used inversion regularly and finally have the space to have a table at home. Cost was a big factor in my choice and many tables will not competely invert at the lower price range. I was a bit concerned about an internet purchase...like to try before I buy. Ultimately I couldn't be more happy with the quality/stability/ comfort and great value. Read more

Bought this for my husband's 40th birthday since he suffers from back & joint pain, but find myself using it more than he does! We both use it every day, and it really does help our backs. If I use it for a few minutes before going to bed, I don't wake up as often with back pain like I used to. I really like how easy it is to adjust the angle of inversion, and for users height. It took awhile for me to find the right adjustment for the ankle grips, but I found that a little looser was more comfortable than a little too tight.
