I have played every ball out there and have realized that the best ball for all around performance is the Tileist ProV1 and ProV1x. The only drawback to me playing them is that I treat them like gold due to their cost. I can't pull the trigger on purchasing them for [$] a dozen. I wait until I am lucky enough to get them as a gift. After researching balls online, I stumbled upon this site. I purchased a total of 5 dozen Tileist balls from here after reviewing this site extensivley and reading the reviews. I wanted to try a variety of grades to see for myself what might be my best buy in the future. I sure wasn't disappointed. [...] I ordered 1 dozen of the refurbished Pro V1x for [$] and 2 balls I would rate at AAAA and the other 10 at a AAAA+. I also ordered 2 dozen of the Pro V1X grade AAAA for [$] a dozen. In that batch, 17 of the 24 balls I would say were AAAA, while the other 7 were AAAA+. Six of the 24 were logo balls and 2 others had company names on them. I also ord

Just received 5 doz AAA 2009 Titleist Pro V1. Only 6 balls seemed 'moderately worn' and almost two dozen have no blemishes (or at least any I could see). While I'll definately order again, here's hoping my game is such it won't be next month!! Your ratings are modest, and AAA is phenominal value!! Read more

Pro V1s are the best, it's as simple as that. They are the softest ball on the market by far. Along with that, they add a few yards of distance compared to some other golf balls. Also, the price on these are amazing. I just bought 5 dozen AAA pro V1s, and i got them and they look basically brand new, except for the logos and occasional player mark. If you are going to buy the balls, I strongly suggest the AAA, because it is a great price, and they are almost the same as brand new ones. Read more

I have been golfing for 18 months and started with hard distance balls due to a bad slice for the first 6 months. For the past 12 months I hit straight and have used ProV1x for 80% of the time I play, which is about 5-6 days a week. I tried between 20-25 different types of balls and these are far superior to most other balls because they have the same distance off my driver, yet can be "backed-up" with a wedge shot if needed which is something almost no harder ball can do. The elastomer cover on ProV1 and ProV1x balls are far more abrasion resistant than any hard jacketed balls which show scrapes and burrs. Read more

You cant go wrong with either the Pro V1 or the Pro V1 x, both are excellent balls. If your looking for a softer feel then go with the Pro V1's. For me the Pro V1x seems to be better for my short game and putting. I use three balls ALL THE TIME, pro v1, pro v1x, and callaway hx tour black. I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM LOSTGOLFBALLS.COM!!!!! You wont find a better place..to buy golf balls than here..and thats a promise..the best customer service you can find. I usually get 3 stars and thr quality is amazing!!! Read more
